My initial meeting with Kris Dwyer was excellent. She was informative, transparent, and ultimately the reason we chose Window World. She strongly emphasized the importance of lead-safe renovations and explained how Window World surpassed other companies in this area. Unfortunately, none of those promises were upheld during installation. The installers did not follow a single lead-safe procedure, even though one of the windows was installed in my 18-month-old child’s bedroom. This was extremely frustrating and concerning.On top of that, the new front door was improperly installed and requires significant force to open and close due to an alignment issue. I contacted the company on the day of installation, but it took multiple calls and emails before I was assured the problems would be addressed. After that, an entire month passed with no follow-up. When I called again, I had to re-explain everything because there was no record of the issues on my account. Another month passed before I was finally contacted to schedule a repair, and I was informed that the technician only works on Fridays.While my neighbor had a positive experience with this company, mine has been the opposite. I would not recommend Window World, particularly for door installation. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would advise others to proceed with caution.

She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped make the decision process easy and stress-free.David Melville and his crew — Brendan and Ian — were fantastic!! They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. The installation was smooth from start to finish, and their attention to detail really showed. The new windows look amazing, and the crew made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly before they left.Thank you to the whole Window World team for outstanding service and craftsmanship. Highly recommended!

Worked with window word for my first home project back in October. Loved them so much that I wanted to finish the rest of my window projects with them. Today they just finished putting in the picture window that I wanted. A lot of other companies wouldn’t take on the project. Mark the salesman who quoted me was great! Easy to work with and gave me all of the info I needed to get this done. Sal and his crew were great and friendly.
