Zen windows are fabulous they are the best. We had 3 RFPs and they were not the lowest bid, but, you need to realize you get what you pay for with Zen. The site manager, David, is onsite during the installation the owner Mike calls periodically to check in and the best part they schedule a walk through 2 weeks after to ensure we are completely satisfied, now that is service. The installation was done very cleanly and they put down drop clothes and ensured shoes off or shoe covers would be worn during the entire process. I highly recommend Mike and his crew at Zen windows they are professionals and the products are A+. They showed up with a low key first visit, the owner Mike and Pearce, and brought a small gift which was a nice touch! We have had vendors that refused to take their shoes off in our home and Zen knew the situation and complied without complaining. The trucks are well marked and people were respectful of our property. They were approved easily with our HOA due to their specifications. Please go with the best you will not be disappointed.
I recently installed a garden window through Zen Windows. These are custom windows, high quality, very stout and make a small kitchen look bigger and open. They also bring a lot more light into the kitchen. If you are considering a kitchen remodel this is a good start. They give you the price up front and I was billed after the install per the contract. They do good work and would recommend them if you want quality work and a professional finished product. Excellent work.
I had contacted several companies for a quote to repair 11 of my windows and to replace 1 large picture window. Mike not only responded promptly, but knew exactly what the issue was when I him sent photos. When he explained to me what the problem was and walked me through the repair process, I knew I was going to hire him. Other contractors didn’t respond, didn’t want to look at the problem, gave me outrageous quotes, or didn’t really know how to make the repairs/solve the issue.For the new window, Mike provided different options to choose from without ever trying to upsell me.
