We worked with Dani to replace several old single-pane picture windows in our house with much better insulating operable windows. She worked hard to get us the best price possible. We haven't gotten them installed yet, but Window Nation uses Milgard in our area, and we're familiar with the product quality, so I am sure we'll be happy once they're in! And if not, the lifetime guarantee on the product and install means we will be one way or another ;-)
We agreed to the sales presentation and pricing. Our salesperson, Dani, was very helpful and professional. Pricing is reasonable given price increases over the years. Our house is over 30 years old so replacing some windows has become necessary.
So far the experience has been very positive. Angela Anderson was extremely helpful during the pitch. She was not pushy and took the time to answer all of our questions. She has worked with us on various options before making a final decision. Our install is now schedule a month ahead of schedule and I can’t wait for the final product!
