We’ve had windows done by Bridgetown twice, and we will have them back again. They are professional, kind, and fair. For example, in December they installed ten replacement double hung windows, of which two had small/medium defects from transit. They took pictures of the damaged sashes and ordered new sashes immediately. They also told us they wouldn’t charge us for those two sashes until the new ones were installed. It took a few weeks, but the new sashes are in, and everything is great.
Bridgetown crew did a terrific job for us. We replaced 12 windows in our 100+ year old bungalow. Ryan patiently walked us through some options and helped us arrive at a good solution for our budget. Scheduling staff kept us well-informed as install dates approached. Install crews were really good, showed up right on time and left window workspaces even cleaner than they found them. Windows have been in place for around 60 days now. No issues with heavy rain, wind and ice so far. Our house is more quiet and more comfortable. Highly recommend Bridgetown.

I had Bridgetown Remove a double door and security doors And then install a new single door and side light. Everything went smoothly from my perspective, from Sales to communication to purchasing hardware at Chown Hardware to installation.Two very nice gentlemen came with the door/sidelight and put up a plastic barrier to keep my house clean. When it was all over, they did a superior job of cleanup. They also hooked me up with a very good painter (Golden Brush) who did a superior job! I Highly recommend Bridgetown!
So, we recently had windows installed by Bridgetown Window & Door, and worked with Frank Boers, their sales consultant. Frank got us an estimate within two days and took the time to explain the differences between double-pane and triple-pane windows — especially how theirs avoid giving rooms that greenish hue you sometimes see.We actually have triple-pane windows from another vendor on the front of our house, and honestly, the noise reduction is about the same. But what we’ve really noticed is our energy bills going down — the new windows keep the house cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Plus, the new windows look incredible both inside and out; they truly make the rooms look like something out of a designer catalog. Surprisingly, the windows made a bigger difference than even our new flooring!Frank was amazing to work with. He really won me over by explaining in simple terms why proper installation is critical — the wrapping and framing that prevent leaks. The installers did a great job: they cut the siding and installed the windows carefully, with attention to how everything looked inside and out.After the installation, I had a few follow-up questions (like why some cracks were sealed and others not, and how to remove and replace the screens without bending them). Frank replied to my texts right away with clear and thoughtful answers.New windows are expensive no matter where you buy them, but I have more to replace and without hesitation, I’ll call Frank and the Bridgetown team, again. Highly recommended!
