Called to setup appointment for information about getting doors, windows and slider patio door replaced. The day of the appointment received a call in morning to confrim a late afternoon appointment. Window world sales person was a no show at time of appointment. Called ww to see if sales person was still coming after not showing up on time of the appointment. I let ww know he was an hour late. WW said yes, they are coming they are running late and will check to see where he was and get back to us. Recieved follow up call was told sales person did not anwser their phone . Was asked to call back in an hour if he did not show up. After 2 hrs I called WW told them sales person t did not show up. Ww said we should reschedule our appointment that i need to call the Portland store. Following day called Portland WW they apologized for the no show and no follow up. Was told they are booked out and did not even offer to make an appointment in a timely manner. No follow calls from Management or apologies from Ww. Will not be using Window world for window or doors.
22 windows in the church Parish House needed replacement. They were willing to break the project into 3 pieces for us. Each phase went without any problems. Friendly office staff and installers. Happy to have worked with them.

Rafe and his crew installed 17 windows and changed out the old ones. They were very efficient in their work and kept me informed all the way through. They were able complete in one day. We’re very happy and would highly recommend window world of Maine. Great experience from start to finish.
I hired window world to reside my house, and replace three windows. Lauren in the office did an amazing job of coordinating the delivery of materials, dumpster, and porta potty. The workers showed up the next day. Incredibly, they had a 2 Hour drive to get here from Nashua, and two hours back. They arrived every day by 7:30 to 8 AM and worked right through to 5 PM. They only stopped once for a lunch break and stayed on the property the whole time. Nobody smoked on the property. My house had a lot of exterior damage which they had to repair. I feel like I have a brand new house, absolutely outstanding work! The only thing left is for me to paint that terrible yellow color on the brick foundation.
