We used Regal Replacement Windows in our rental property to replace 9 drafty windows with new white vinyl replacement windows. Contacting them was simple. They are easy to find on Google with many 5-star reviews and lots of recent photos of their work on Facebook/Instagram. Bob came out for the initial consultation and measurement, he presented a few different options for manufacturers and we ultimately went with Paradigm which is an affordable Maine-made company. When his crew came to install they were very respectful of our tenants and their space. They were careful to cover their workspace and clean up afterward. We have found the windows to be of great quality and value. We reached out initially because the space was very drafty and we were seeing an increase in our heating bill. After installation, we have noticed a difference in both comfort and energy bill savings! Win-win!
We just had a project completed thry Regal for 4 windows and 2 sliding patio doors. After a larger national chain had been very disrespectful to me and treated me horrendously, this was just the best experience we could have hoped for. Another company for this same project had quoted us almost double what we ended up paying!!! The team at Regal was professional, clean, and it was a great experience from initial discussions with Bob until the final product was installed. I am incredibly happy with their work and I am so happy to know we have a reliable contractor for future window and door needs, which I know will be happening sometime in the next few years! I should have called sooner! My old windows had broken seals and the glass had condensation on it which allowed black mold to grow on the wooden sashes. Regal replaced the windows with beautiful, white vinyl windows that I can feel confident in. My space feels so much brighter and healthier. The team was timely, hard working, polite and respectful of our space. I would definitely recommend Regal for replacement windows or any new window projects!
