I am so happy we went with Specialty Window & Door for our new windows. We got 10 windows replaced and from consultation to installation, each member of the team did an excellent job. There was clear communication throughout the project, including when everything got delayed by a winter storm. The sales rep was very responsive to my many questions and requests for updated timelines. The quality of the new windows is fantastic. The level of noise we hear is much less than before and they are a step-level upgrade in terms of insulation, letting in much less cold air.If I had one small point fo critique, it's that we're still finding nails and debris in our yard and driveway from the install work. And the install crew, who were exceptionally kind and respectful, did end up tracking mud through the house and left some dirty handprints/finger marks on the walls. Both are things booties and gloves, while annoying, would prevent to some extent.I would happily recommend Speciality Window & Door to anyone in the Pittsburgh area, and have already done so to friends and family in the region. Will definitely hire them again for any other window needs!
Specialty window & door provided quality service throughout the whole process. They gave us a timely free estimate and laid out the expectations on timing with our two toned windows which look amazing ! The labor was fast and efficient , would highly recommend !
The salesman (Rick Fish) was very knowledgable and easy to work with. The installers that came to the house were very efficient and neat. This is a wonderful job. We wanted to work with a family-owned business, and we are so glad that we chose them. I would highly recommend Specialty Window & Door.
Great company to work with from getting a quote from Carolyn to the installers. Their pricing was very reasonable for 11 windows replaced. Installers came at time expected and completed the entire job in roughly 6 hours. They were incredibly professional and treated our home as if it were their own. Besides the new windows you would not have known anyone was in the house doing remodeling at all. A+ company. Would work with again and recommend to friends and family.

I couldn’t be happier ??I LOVE my new windows-,they’re making a huge difference in the warmth of my home. Rick, the owner is extremely knowledgeable & personal-he did everything he said he would do and his installers were very careful-covered the floors & were as professional as Rick. My installation took twice as long because they worked through the coldest iciest days we’ve ever had in mid-February ! They were wonderful! Can’t wait till it’s warm enough to open them !!
