When wanting to replace 14 windows in our home, I contacted 3 different window contractors. I had previously purchased 3 Marvin windows from a different supplier a few years back and liked the quality of the windows. Metropolitan Windows is the contractor for Marvin windows in my area, so I made sure to include them for a bid. My husband and I were very impressed with their presentation, window color variety, quality, and their reasonable price. The other two companies could not give me what I wanted, and their pricing was extremely high. It was a no-brainer to go with Metropolitan, and am I glad we did! The customer service was exceptional and the installation was seamless. Care was given by the installers to take precaution not to damage anything in our home. The entire installation took only 4-1/2 hours. They cleaned up, and took all the old windows and screens with them. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Our full home installation of 18 windows was completed in one day from 7:30-3:30. Not only does our home LOOK like a new-build from the inside, it almost stops us in our tracks every day from the outside! The crew was a group of 4: polite, efficient, and top notch professionals. It takes a lot to impress us in the cleanliness department and this crew was beyond our standards. Vacuuming the entire house after they left, we had less than 1-1/2 inches of dust in the canister.
