This local, family-owned company gives you a personal treatment, from the sales rep to the installers. They are all very professional, always on time. Their work is done cleanly and as promised. My wife and I had eight builder’s grade low quality windows replaced in our new construction townhome by Legacy Remodeling. The company was referred to us by neighbors that were very pleased with their window replacement by Legacy and we decided to use them. After some initial issues with the installation process, Jeff (the owner), stepped up and went to great lengths to see to it that any issues were satisfactorily resolved and that the job was being completed to our utmost satisfaction. He sent two of his top technicians, Joe and Jim who went above and beyond to make sure the initial issues were resolved and that the installation was completed with quality. Very capable and professional guys. The net result was a great job with a company that obviously cares a great deal about their product and work. My wife and I were looking to replace some incredibly old wooden windows in our attic, soon to be nursery. After getting quotes from a few installers we felt the most comfortable with Legacy Remodeling. Their reviews were great and their warranty unmatched. I also really liked that they were a local business.The Installers, Joe and Jim, were great. Let them do their stuff and they finished in about 3-4 hours, cleaned up, and showed us how to operate our new windows. Very friendly guys and felt comfortable having them in our home.Would use this company again for future projects.
We hired Legacy Remodeling to install a bay window in our living room and couldn't be more pleased. The whole process with Jeff was easy, they are good communicators, and quickly came up with excellent ideas of what would fit our space at a reasonable price. Scheduling was quick and easy and they advised and handled all communications with the borough once I had secured the work permit. The work was done in 3 days and they did a decent job cleaning up. Legacy's guys: Jim, Joe, and Manny were all very nice. They also had subcontractors Terry and JT who did the bulk of the work cutting the brick, framing the window etc... and they are skilled crafstman. I would also add that they were quite funny and cracked us up many times throughout the day. ?? When we need windows we'll definitely call these folks again.
