I had all new windows put in my house. Somewhere dated back to the early '70s. I found the whole process to be incredibly easy. I had another window company provide me an estimate that was astronomical. When American sales rep show me their product and the reasonable prices it seemed like the right thing to do. The whole team communicated with me very well and made sure I I understood the process and what would be done. The day of insulation installers were on time and got to work right away. They were incredibly professional, you can tell that they're highly knowledgeable and skilled at replacing windows. Once they were completed in a room there was no trace that they were ever there except for the new windows. The tech showed us how the new windows worked and how to use them. Very highly satisfied with the entire process. And to say the least the house looks a lot better with the new windows and the way it looks over all.

Recently purchased a steel door for my back door entry. It is exactly what I expected. With a rainfall water glass inset it lets in excellent lighting all day long and offers privacy at the same time. The installer, Joe, was very professional and did an excellent job. The salesperson, Jeff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the product and offered great advice. I am now getting a storm door so I am a return customer. Very satisfied.
