Loving our new windows! The quality shows through in many ways - open and close really smoothly, how they feel and operate, how they look, and hands down the clearest windows I've ever looked through. All the employees have all been great especially Shawnessi who walked use through the sales process and answered all our questions.
This was a $7,000.00 Plus Patio door replacement. This Three Star review is an average between all aspects of the experience. For prospective customers you should pay particular attention to the contract stating “No Painting” clause. Until installation I didn’t fully comprehend what the consequences of this were. As a Retired 70 Plus senior citizen my ability to “Do it Yourself” is not what it once was. So when the installers did the exterior door trim in a gray primed wood, they said, “I should paint it or the water would get into it.” I certainly would have been more than happy to pay them an addition charge if they would have done it right then and there. But they were contractually finished.I took my walking cane, parked in the handicap space at Home Depot and bought a quart of white exterior paint and brush for $35.00. It took me about an hour to do a careful job and paint three pieces of exterior wood trim. The bottom piece of wood below the door I also had to paint. I had called the person who did the measurement and advised him this was not replaced. He was going to I send my concern up the line. It’s been four days, and I have not heard back. After the installation and because of the unfinished trim I researched options for exterior trim. The trim could have been done with a white molding material. In hindsight and for future customers they should have offered me that option. This brought their rating down from a Five that could have been given. I’m not happy I have to give them a rating below five BUT I want to prevent another customer from the same experience. The sales team, measuring guy, and installation guys were all good. The Quality of the patio door seems good, I like the screen door. It’s a lifetime warranty, so will see. This was a COSTCO vendor, found in the Sossaman Road location. Many retirees shop in the store. Many are my age and older. They should be aware of the exterior trim being left unpainted. I doubt many are capable of painting door trim.If a customer has options and knowledge prior to completion it benefits their ability to make a fully informed decision. I would have been more than happy paying an additional hundred dollars to have my trim painted or they could have used a molding that was white and thenI could have given them a Five Star review.
I had an excellent experience working with Dennis Boyd on my Lifetime Windows installation. The entire process was straightforward, easy, and professional from start to finish. The Infinity windows look fantastic, and the quality of the product and workmanship really stands out. There was one small hiccup along the way, but Dennis and his team handled it quickly, expertly, and without any hassle—no questions asked. That level of accountability really builds trust.Communication was outstanding throughout the project. Dennis was always prompt in responding, and I really appreciated the pictures he provided of the Infinity windows and the work in progress. It made me feel like I was right there with the team and fully informed at every step. The end result, a beautiful view both gazing into the warmth of the home and visions outward to the surround.I highly recommend Dennis and his team to anyone considering new windows. If you want professionalism, transparency, and top-quality results, you’re in great hands.

Where should I start...We can start with the bait. I was given a coupon from Jennifer J. while at at Expo in Scottsdale. The coupon showed "30% Off" for a bath & shower remodel with an additional $250 off. When the "design consultant" came to my house, he not only stated that I would get a veteran's discount and a voucher for a resort vacation. Well, much like timeshares, the voucher was a scam, as there were upfront booking fees and daily resort fees. And just as the consultant (Samih Toubia) was wrapping up the contract for signatures, he said another $200 could come off, if I let him place a sign in my front yard. I had no problem with that; I mean, $200 off is great. Well, it's only great, if it's deducted from the price of the project, which it, and my other "discounts, weren't judging from the price. I could've done my entire bathroom for what I paid for just a shower! And Greg Bosworth, who also works for LW&D, was recommended to me by Frank to finish off the rest of the bathroom (a closet, lay tile, and install a vanity & toilet). Greg came out, took some notes, and I never saw or heard from him again, despite messages I left to him & Frank. So, I still have a gaping space with exposed studs from where my original shower used to be. Speaking of where my small shower used to be... when Samih wrote up the contract, he drew the layout of the proposed conversion and CLEARLY STATES, "Build new wall we build. Full wall build." What that says is that Lifetime is COMPLETING the FULL wall that is a part and parcel, a crucial component of the shower, and "FULL BUILD" means a COMPLETE wall - build, texture & paint! Frank refused to do what is very clear in the contract and left me with an unfinished wall that has significant gaps and cracks in the greenboard. There's not even any tape or filler! In addition, to what I've already mentioned, the temperature selector is not flush to the shower wall, there is blue plumber's tape very obviously exposed and visible where the rain head connects, my drain cover is rusted and I haven't even used the shower! And, as if that isn't enough, ever since the shower was installed (at least part of it, since I'm still needing a finished shower wall), when I do laundry (laundry room is quite some distance from the bathroom) or use my sink in the master bathroom, there is a loud thud, which seems to come from the shower you built! In the 28 years that I have lived in my home, I have NEVER had such an issue. This concerns me and leaves me with questions about the shower plumbing. You claim to stand by your products and claim a lifetime warranty, yet, I have been completely ghosted since the the brother-sister duo "finished" (I use that word loosely, as it STILL isn't finished). I have called and texted Frank, the project manager, not only about the unfinished shower wall, but also about the "loud thud" several times with no response! Not a good way to run a company, especially if you want feedback. And thanks, for screwing a disabled veteran (me).NOTE: I'd add photos, but can't seem to be able to do so.
