We had the pleasure of having Dustin and his crew install our front entry door and our back patio doors. They did an outstanding job. They were all very professional and master craftsman . They kept us informed of what they were doing and made sure we were satisfied with the final product before they left. It should be noted they were also very tidy and did not leave any debris or dust behind. We will definitely use them when we have our windows replaced

They did their work quickly and professionally, always working to get the job done by the deadline.Perry Anderson, our sales representative, stopped in to make sure all was going as planned. He also was very helpful with a vast knowledge of the attributes of the new windows. He was helpful without being pushy when we initially purchased the windows and sliding glass doors. The doors have a “solid” quality feel to them. I wanted safe doors, and I feel that is what we got.Altogether, I feel we got our money’s worth on this project. The Krasiva windows are outstanding. I love having the breeze at night and can not wait for spring. The installation was effortless with the guys taking care to watch out for the dog so it couldn’t escape and cleaning the areas around the install to look better than the dusty original area. We were referred to Krasiva and specifically Greg through a friend that had completed some significant projects. The referring friend’s first comments were, “their guys do great work.” It couldn’t have turned out to be more true. Starting with Greg’s expertise walking my wife and I (neophytes) through what makes a good window, what to look for and what to watch out for…all sounded great and we were happy with the pre-sales process. But, then their crew came to install the windows and somehow, the experience was even better. The crew was quick, clean, professional and took great care with our house. Efficiency is great, but not when it comes with sacrificing quality and I’m excited to say we received both efficiency and quality.Lastly, the stucco team was beyond amazing and proactive. I truly walked away with the feeling they treated our home like it was theirs. We had some random stucco pieces in need of repair, that had nothing to do with the window project, and the stucco team went ahead and patched them while they were here. Small gesture, but in our experience, extremely rare for contractors to take that kind of care.From start to finish, the entire Krasiva team was diligent, respectful and professional. We’re already signed up for our next project with Greg and team (a door) and can’t wait to do more. Cannot recommend enough as this has been our best contractor experience.
