Great service with desert king Windows. It all started with enthusiastic Mauricio who helped all the way through to obtaining the SRP rebate. Originally I only wanted to replace three bad windows (25 years old) and found out that compared to other companies adding just a little bit more I was able to get the entire house replaced including the sliding door. They had the best warranty.Jose and the crew were very friendly in detailed oriented they were able to remove and put back blinds and shutters(Lowe's would not touch). They kept everything clean.After they were installed there is now more light since there are no shade screens. My blinds are partially open instead of living in a dark cave. I compared prices of similar temperatures and found out that I was saving on average 96 cents per day. I actually had to increase the temperature by 2° since it was so cold. In November instead of getting an increase at SRP, I actually got $23 savings per month. Inside it is now quieter without hearing the AC going on and off and the cars driving down the street.The only issue I had was with Jonathan it was obvious that he was not listening to my reply messages since he kept repeating the same monotone messages. When he arrived he had visitors in front of him and asked if I would not mind. (other companies usually call the day before out of respect) I was also shocked that he opened my closed wooden blinds when they were still vertical. I was surprised that somebody in the window company would not realize that can alter or affect the mechanism. He didn't seem to care because their company is not responsible for any damages.Sealed windows make all of the difference. With the cooler weather I am now enjoying being able to open and close them to get fresh air. Thank you Mauricio for getting this process started.
The 1st interaction with our sales representative, Mauricio, was great. He explained all the options and helped us with some arch window options. Very polite and knowledgeable on products.Install is were things went downhill... the first crew (Rick and helper) they sent out spent 3 days installing and things did not go well. This crew came back a week or so later to "fix" some issues and finish everything.Things were not fixed and I had to get the project manager to come out to review everything. Jonathan was polite and explained some of the issues along with getting new parts ordered for some of the frames that were damaged by their crew.The final install crew was night and day difference from the first. Mike and Cindy were professional, kept the work space clean and install went smooth.In summary, I would use them again but it has not been an easy ride.
