Nick, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable of the product. He wasn't pushy. He gave us time to think about what we wanted to do. He was able to get us a great price. He was great at explaining answers to our questions. He was very patient with us.My husband and I felt like we were talking to an old friend. Very personable.
Thanks Nick

We had an excellent experience working with our Window Nation sales and design consultant, Matthew Parkhill. From the very beginning, Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He took the time to thoroughly explain the products, construction and answered every question. He helped us choose the perfect replacement windows for our home and budget.

The entire process felt smooth and transparent. We appreciated the clear communication, honest pricing discussion, and the time spent ensuring we felt confident in our decision.

If you’re considering new windows, I highly recommend working with Matthew and Window Nation.

Update 2:
Its been over a month issue still hasn't been solved. Windows Nation called today and said I need to make remaining payment and that's only when they would come and fix the issue. I firmly said NO, work needs to be done first because if work is not being done without final payment why should I believe that it would be done after clearing payment. Representative said okay our attorney will call you shortly to take me to the court.

Original:
Front and side/back windows trimming are different, as you can see in pic front window has wide white border vs rest of the house windows has some cheap looking thin border. I reached out to sales person Mark Mogil, off course he don't bother to respond to me after the sale. I also called customer service over a week ago and they said someone will call back to schedule to come back out and take a look. It's been over 10 days. Still waiting so customer service and sales person are not willing to help after they have earned their business. Stay away from them!!

Update 1:
Lady called and said reason I didn't get trim because before window replacement there was no trim. I paid them $12,000 for them to leave my windows how they were prior I had them replaced, if I wanted my windows to look same as before then I would have never paidnl 12k. Oh and they sent me $100 gift card for inconvenience. Yes $100 on $12000 order. Stay far far away and take ur hard earned money somewhere else.

Tia Sanders (Hopechest Consultations) on Window Nation Delaware Valley

Go with another company. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. It has taken me a year to calm down so I can write this review. This was an absolute annoying and difficult process from start to finish. To start the salesman was aggressive, demeaning to me and talked bad about all other companies. He tried to overtalk me, offered me deals then took them back at the end, spoke of one warranty and then said I misunderstood him when he gave me another one in writing. I was so frustrated after hours of the presentation and the rudeness I declined the offer and asked him to leave because he was being deceptive as if I was not an intelligent person who can read what was given to me versus what was said. He eventually called his supervisor after he realized he offered me a warranty that didn't line up with the windows I bought. It was so bad the supervisor gave me a tremendous deal on a supoosedly better quality window matching another quote so against my better judgment I signed the contract. He then took my other quotes without my permission and I had to demand they be returned. Less than a month later that salesman no longer worked there. I thought it was an overzealous salesman that was a terrible experience but boy was I wrong. They measured the windows wrong so a month later had to come back to remeasure. Then the window that was made was wrong so they had to order a new one. The people who came to install cracked my tree limbs with the truck. Then put the wrong windows in the wrong place. I had to point out the gaps in the windowseal. They then had to take the windows out and move them to the right location switching upstairs for downstairs. They left chipped wall under the seal, cleaned up and went outside to work on the outside. I had to point it out because he did not notice it. I had to ask him to finish it. He then went back out and brought more supplies in to finish and then had to clean up again so I know he wasn't coming back the first time as the supervisor tried to suggest when I called to report the entire mess. The caulk on the outside was not smooth I had to have them redo it. Every part of this process was stressful. I was quoted at 8 week for job completion. From the signing of the contract to being told that they would rush it for the errors to saying it was delayed for the holidays it took 4 months to complete it (Oct start to Feb end). The job took twice as long as quoted. Almost everyone I spoke with to complain throughout tried to gaslight me as if I wasn't having these experiences. I had to email complaints and call constantly. The people I emailed never responded directly even though I was given their info for any concerns. However they delegated to a supervisor who did return my calls. Even the part about the gift card for just having a consultation took multiple calls to get.The only thing positive is that the windows look nice however I'm pretty sure they are breezy. I feel cold when I stand closely. They either didn't insulate them properly or the windows aren't that great. Please do not use them. Spend the money elsewhere no matter what discount price they give you. It's not worth the headache. I hope the windows last because I dread having to use the warranty and have to deal with them again.

I was very happy with the installation team and the sales Rep - Mark Mogel. He was very experienced and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
