This team came in and finished the install and trim out of all our windows (13) and a door in a single day. Fast, extremely friendly and professional, they come highly recommended. I recently had 3 windows and 1 front door installed by Ecotech, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.Salva, Vassily, and Max did an excellent job with the installation — they were professional, efficient, and took great care with the details. I ordered two egress windows, and I'm very happy with the masonry work done by Abraham and the window installation completed by Adrien and his team — the final result looks great.However, there were issues with coordination and communication. I lost track of my order status when the project was already delayed, and it took a few weeks to get things moving again. The messages from EcoTech repeatedly mentioned a gas meter being too close to the window and suggested that this caused the delay, but neither of the egress windows being installed is anywhere near the gas meter. It seems like there was some internal miscommunication.Overall, I’m pleased with the finished product, and the rooms now have more natural light and are ready to use.
I am beyond impressed with EcoTech as a company and as a product. Every aspect from the sale and price, to the detailed measurement, to the installation, and the multiple follow-ups was top notch. The installation team of Adrien, Vassily, Slava, Dima, and Maksym were like window ninjas. They worked quickly and efficiently as a team and did a superb job of the installation of our three EcoTech recroom windows. I would recommend EcoTech without any hesitation.
