We are impressed by the quality of the three large windows purchased. We are also impressed by the quality of the installation and the meticulous work of the two installers. When they encountered a problem with the frames and the wall, they notified us immediately and secured the wall until the repairs could be made. Capitall Windows recommended a company, TAG, who made the repairs in a timely and competent manner. The installers returned. They took great care and the finished results are beautiful! We are very pleased.
A great company to deal with and a level of service and fairness that is hard to come by these days.Erik our sales rep was responsive and willing to work with us over several months as our window upgrade was part of a larger renovation project. There were several occasions we did not know what we wanted or whether it was doable, however, Erik took the time and our project seriously to ensure we were getting what we wanted from our windows and door upgrade and that it would be cohesive with the other renovations we were doing.In the end, we replaced a total of 18 windows and a patio door, the front entry is pending installation as we didn’t order it until later on.Every promise that was made was delivered on, on time and on budget.The installation team was efficient, courteous and professional with attention to detail and willingness to work alongside us over the period of 3 days while they changed out every window in our house. The crew was hardworking and pushed through some long days and no detail was missed, they even accommodated some additional requests and saw them through.
I can say that the two installers and the sale rep Pete did a great job. No pressure sales, and the two fellas who did the work sure are true craftsmen. I would highly recommend Capital Windows. Job was perfect. My wife and I are so pleased. I also painted the exterior of over home to match the door.
