Motato and his crew were amazing! They worked very quickly and efficiently, causing minimal disruption to our every day activities. They were very informative on how to use the windows as well as how to clean the double hung windows. All crew members were polite and respected us and our home. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors.
Window World did a great job with our project. Our salesperson Judy Sheahan was excellent and very knowledgeable about their product lines. Once we contracted with WW, they handled everything. And finally, the installation crew headed by Ricardo Martinez were fantastic. They were respectful of our property and very efficient in the installation process. They cleaned thoroughly afterwards and came back the next day to go over their work and make sure everything was satisfactory for us. Ricardo was always checking to be sure we were pleased with the job. I highly recommend him to anyone doing a WW project.
We had the best experience the past 2 days of window and door installation. It all began a few weeks ago with our wonderfully informative sales representative. She was so thorough about the products and services offered by Window World. She was the best! Next came installation day. The crew was so professional and helpful. The workmanship is amazing! These guys worked nonstop from early morning until late evening to complete the job. They bent over backwards to keep us satisfied. Overall, our experience with Window World was probably the best service that we've ever encountered. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
