We cannot say enough about Sebastian and team on the installation. They were very professional and meticulous in every part of the project. We had 17 windows in our house replaced in 4 days and every one of them came out perfect. We were also very pleased with the team who were assigned to this project outside of the install from Cary, our salesman, to Chanz, who came to do the measurements, to Odesser, our service rep, Frank, our install manager, and last but not least, Jose, our Quality Control rep. Would wholeheartedly recommend Sebastian and team as well as the entire RbA team to everyone we know.
Great experience with Renewal by Anderson from start to finish. Far from the cheapest option, but excellent quality and service, so well worth it - unlike the windows they replaced, these should last a lifetime. Josh Jauz was our consultant and did a great job of understanding our concerns and suggested the best options. For example he replaced two double hung windows with one slider and the view is far better. Jonathan, Israel and Isaac showed up on time and were very careful to protect my property and keep me in the loop during the installation, then went over everything in detail once done. The windows are amazing, they pass so much more light than our old windows. We replaced 2 picture windows with casements, so now we can open them and take advantage of the cool breezes this time of year. The screens are practically invisible.I highly recommend this company and team .
The entire process was easy from start to finish. Eric Clay came out after the initial call and gave us our options. Chase came to our home and took measurements for the custom sized windows. After selecting the products we desired the windows were ordered. Michael contacted us to update us on shipping and the installation date.Tomas and his helper showed up early on the day of install and got right to work. They covered items to keep dust off, removed our old windows and installed our new windows.James came out and walked us through the inspection protocol and gave us information for future projects .We could not be any happier with the service and products from Anderson!Highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality windows and professional installation.
Everything was fantastic. From the sales person (Justin) meeting us at our home on the first day, to installation. The end result was absolutely beautiful. Our new sliding glass doors are amazing. The installers showed up on time and did an excellent job. They covered and vacuumed everything. No dust in house.The time they took to do the finishing details was well worth the final product.I highly recommend these guys to do your job.
