We had Leandro and Tiago install our windows today. They were amazing and went above and beyond for us, paying close attention to detail to make sure our windows were perfect. We are extremely happy with our windows and their service. These two were polite, professional, arrived on time, and contacted us the night before to let us know they were coming. They worked hard all day and also did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. Highly recommend!
The door I ordered is lovely, but has only been installed for two months, and the bottom rubber piece is already falling off. Dealing with the company has been very frustrating, both the installation and follow-up. I feel like if you pay full price - over $7k - for a premium front door with a low level of complexity, you should not have so many issues and bad vibes. Who knows when this thing will be fixed - every time the door is opened it gets worse, and I’m constantly reminding myself there isn’t a snake in the house lol. Not recommended.

Armorvue was able to deliver precisely what they promised. Our sales rep Jose was amazing. His demonstrations, explanations and knowledge of the product s were so detailed. He and his team were able to address all our concerns and questions. When there was an issue with a time constraint, they successfully resolved the issue. The product is made so well, and the demo and install were seamless. We may not even put up any curtains by the new sliding glass doors since they are so beautiful.Thank you to the whole team at Armourvue. Professional and personal service from the first phone call! The whole process completed in under 3 months.I experienced no hassle scheduling for the home visit where Rick answered all of my questions. Their expert arrived a few days later to measure the old French doors to be replaced with a new slider (see photos for before and after) and 17 windows throughout the house (all but one). Then Denise monitored the permit process with regular communication while I coordinated with the HOA. Axel called to schedule the installation as soon as the windows arrived. Marcelo and Felipe completed the installation in four days. I could see the difference on the first day! Marcelo explained the process every step of the way and worked with me for the order of rooms as we navigated the timing with the five large windows and dogs around the house. Both delivered exceptional and knowledgeable service leaving every work area cleaner than they found it. Every member of their team delivered consistent and cordial customer service.
