Greg and his team have put windows into two of my homes. First, in 2021 (when windows took ages to come by), and in our new home in 2025. Both times, this company was honest and up-front about time frames and prices. They're also punctual. Greg himself answers calls and texts and is pleasant and responsive. For both homes, the windows came when Greg said they would, and they were installed expertly by his lovely and professional team, who know windows and screens inside and out. There was no lengthy, high-pressure sales pitch. No need to set aside 45+ minutes of the workday and have your spouse present. Just a straightforward purchase, the windows of my choice, and excellent results. If I need windows again, I'll call All-American Exteriors again, and I recommend them to anyone in the market for windows.
All American Exteriors was an absolute pleasure to work with on the windows for my home. After a few incidents of water leaks on my 30+ year old windows I was looking to replacing the windows in my home. I had received 3 different quotes with larger companies and each time was given a very high quote along with high pressure sales tactics. I was also weary of larger companies who tend to subcontract installations. Like others, I searched for local contractors who had good reviews and stumbled on All American Exteriors. I was impressed how all the reviews mentioned Greg, the owner was very hands on the process and easy to work with. After a quick phone call, Greg arrived the next day to my home and was able to give me an estimate that was not only reasonable but thousands of dollars less than others. There were no sales tactics and Greg was very thorough with his insights on the windows his team does. We eventually decided to move forward with the job and the whole process was seamless. Greg provided a second measurement appointment along with recommendations for which window style to get in specific rooms. He was also very patient and understanding through the payment process. To our surprise, our windows only took 5 weeks to be ready for delivery and install and Greg’s great team of installers came and completed the job in 3 days. The installers were polite, careful and even replaced certain wood trim that was rotted around our windows. Many of our windows were complicated installs and they handled them perfect. Our inspection was cleared and Greg did not even charge for the extra labor around replacing certain trim. I highly recommend All American Exteriors for Windows and once again cannot express how smooth the process was.

My wife and I live in Miami, Florida. As Hurricane Andrew survivors, we are not strangers to a quality window installation, as we have top of the line PGT storm windows installed in our own home. We own a second home in Oviedo, Florida, that is now occupied by our son and his girlfriend. Last year, after much research, I chose All American Exteriors as the contractor to install the very best windows in that home. I already knew which product I wanted, as was well informed about the process. I was not disappointed. I am taking the time to write this review because they deserve the very best rating. They did a great job, and the end result is perfect. Later on last year, we had a fitment issue with one of the windows, and it needed to be adjusted. I called Greg, (the owner), and he personally came over to the house, met my wife, and took care of it. (perfectly) This was all after the fact, and after he had been paid. Communication with your contractor is a very big deal, and in the end, if you have a top quality installation along with a top quality product, the result is priceless.
