Eric did an overall terrific job of installing and matching the wood that had to be stained. He had to come back and do a "repair and replace" and that went well too. We had some communication issues, but I believe we got it straightened out!
Owner was quick to come to my house. Came on a Thursday said I will email you the estimate in a couple days. It's been 12 days. I haven't received anything. I even called and left a message after a week. Got a text with an apology saying will get me estimate ASAP. Nothing. Disappointing.
Pretty easy drop. They start hand unloading at 7:30AM, first come first serve. Their is usually space for you to turn around when you come through the first gate and back up to a door. Don't forget to leave enough space for people to maneuver in and out.
I was very impressed with my new windows and how quickly they got them put in. I love my new bow window! Thank you to Eric and his guys. They were very professional and their cost was very reasonable. I shopped around and got 4 bids and their pricing was competitive with 2 of the top brands in Omaha and 1/2 the price of Anderson Windows with the same lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend them!
We had a great experience with Midwest Door. Eric was a "real" person who didn't try and pressure us into buying a door. Eric also made sure that the stain on the door matched our woodwork in our entryway. Everything was great!! We've been very happy!
