I had 2 big picture windows replaced and new siding installed. Troy came out to give me a quote and review options and then came out again to review sample colors and make a final selection as I was going back and forth with the color and didn't want to make an expensive wrong choice. He was so patient with me and helped me decide on Sea Slate which I absolutely love! Thanks Troy! Ralph and Loren's crews then both showed up in full force to knock out my windows and all the guys were awesome! There was great commraderie, teamwork and dedication amongst them. The siding and window wraps was much more time, labor and skill intensive than what I had initially thought but kudos to those guys for what they do. There were a few minor issues to be fixed but they got them all taken care of as promised. Their bid was much lower than other companies for the same products but their work did not reflect that at all. Overall very pleased with the entire process and professionalism of everyone I interacted with from Jess to Tavis and all those in-between. Would highly recommend Full Armor and plan to use them again in the future for more window replacements. Thank you all!!
I contacted 4 different window companies to come out and give me estimates. The pricing was widely all over the board (like buying a car) and not every company followed up or even reached out. Not only was Full Armor the most competitive, they were also the most responsive, professional, absolutely no BS, and were true to their word. Their windows are the same quality as the “bigger” competitors and for the fraction of the cost. I have windows that are original to my 100 year old home and the new windows look amazing. The white vinyl looked great and they were able to match my style of trim and window frames to keep with the craftsman style of my home. The installation team was efficient, friendly, and professional. I will definitely use Full Armor for my future window needs (I have 30 more windows to replace!). I couldn’t have asked for a better window buying experience. 10/10 would recommend!
Travis, Ralph, and Shane, called to let me know they were on their way, and were prompt. They got started on the new front door install as soon as they arrived. This project was more than they expected, as the house is old, has settled into a crooked existence, and the old door frame had pretty much grown into the house. They took it with stride and maintained great attitudes. They actually had fun doing what they do! A lot of fun banter among each other, which is always welcome and definitely relieved the stress of having a bit more challenging task for me to watch. They brainstormed and used their critical thinking skills together as a team. They took their time so as not to damage the old plaster and old outdoor siding. The clean up was quick, and the guys made sure everything was pristine before leaving my home. The sales rep, who I met with beforehand, helped me pick out the exact color of door I wanted. Hard to do from pics, but he knew!! So there was expertise and professionalism start to finish, right down to the sweet gal who makes and receives calls from the office. We had the Full Armor team replace 18 windows and a sliding door in our home in September. It was a four-day job. Ralph and his crew (Emerson, Nathan, and Silas) did an amazing job replacing our windows. The team was really friendly to my whole family; they respected the home and constantly cleaned and vacuumed up any messes. They paid great attention to detail. The window installation went so much better than I expected, and they look amazing. The price for the windows was really reasonable, and I couldn't be happier that we chose Full Armor. They have earned our trust, and I would definitely choose them again for other projects.
