Replaced 3 front windows after 40 years. The middle window was icing over in very cold days. They found an ants nest after taking out the old window and we sprayed for that. Gentlemen were on time, professionals and cleaned up during and after installation. Much to my chagrin one worker had a Yankees hat (I am from Boston, no comments please). He took my ribbing with good humor (course I waiting until he finished the job). I’ll work with these guys again. Top notch!! Marie
Signed the contract to get 3 new doors. 2 patio doors and one French door. Champions notes are very sketchy at the beginning. So the timeline of everything is difficult to follow. They finally came out to install the doors. They installed 2 of the three doors because one patio door didn’t fit. The French doors are not the same size so the threshold is at different heights. They installed it anyway. And didn’t fix the problem. One patio door had to be remade. After a few months, they came out to reinstall the patio door. The patio door in the dining room leaks water when it rains or the snow melts. I can’t figure out why or where it is leaking. I caulked the heck out of it but it still leaks into the dining room. I have called multiple times to state that the door leaks (prior to caulking it) and the French doors aren’t the same size. They did send out a rep to adjust the doors but on January 2nd of 2026 I called because the door sweep on one panel of the French door actually broke and the piece of wood in the threshold broke. I called to have them come out to fix both the problems but Lori in Omaha NE stated that there will be a trip charge of $100. I called again on February 6th and again on February 20. She stated they no longer sell Champion doors so finding parts is difficult. Then they aren’t sure if they will be able to mail them to me so I can put them on. She stated that she will call me next Tuesday. She has stated that in the past that she will call me back but I have to always call her back.
