The project consultant(Jeremiah) made an appoinment and arrived at the appointed time. He spent time with us discussing what we wanted and showing us the options and taking measurements. I was very satisfied with the meeting. Later, the owner(Joe) set an appointment and came to recheck the measurements and answer any questions we had.We were kept informed of the time it would take to build the windows. We were also told of the approximate delivery date. The installation would depend on the schedule and the weather. When I called to check on the windows, they had arrived the day before. An appointment was made to start the project.Truthfully, despite the great reviews and the great BBB rating, I had concerns about doing the windows in the winter. The timing and the weather worked out great. The windows were installed by Cameron and Daniel. They did an excellent job. The windows were completed sooner than I thought they would be and the work was professional. I was surprised how smooth the installation process occurred. Any questions I had were gladly answered. We were totally happy with the results. The house was noticeably quieter. The clean-up job was well done. The results of the project were much better than we expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Sooner State Home Improvement
Joe and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. From the start, Joe was so informative and helpful. He was patient with scheduling to make sure it worked for my family who had some unexpected travel pop up. His crew did an absolutely amazing job on the siding project. My house looks brand new and all my neighbors are complimenting us on how great it looks! Financing options are available as well. If you’re looking to have your siding replaced, I would recommend this company any day!

The door is beautiful and snug and perfectly fitted... it cost less (far less!) than the competition... and i even got estimates from competitors who use the same manufacturer.The installers were efficient and cleaned up. They communicated via text exactly when they'd be here then... they were! They even scheduled to come back and fix a little thing that *they* identified as needing to be fixed. They showed up, fixed it and left... no drama.Overall, this was a good investment to improve my house and the company was a pleasure to work with.
My husband and I had contacted Sooner State Home Improvements for an estimate on some new windows. Joe and his son Parker were a great team to work with regarding the knowledge of windows we were looking to purchase. We ended up going with NT Windows Vinyl Series Solar Pro. They measured the window openings a couple of times to make sure the new windows would fit perfectly. Two installers arrived on time and were friendly. They had all the proper tools and new windows on site at the time of their arrival. Installers carefully removed all old windows and hauled them off after the new windows were installed. The entire process took about a day. We are very pleased with how professional and honest Sooner State and its employees are. Our new windows have been installed since December 2021. Both in cold and hot weather months these windows really do keep our house comfortable depending on the season. These new energy efficient windows really do work and we are thankful that we reached out to Sooner State to help us in choosing new windows for our home.
