I am updating my previous review of Renewal by Andersen to reflect the full scope of my experience.My original review detailed a very frustrating situation involving a defective bedroom window that began leaking shortly after installation. What followed were months of delays, repeated service visits, inconsistent communication, and conflicting information about how the issue would be resolved. At one point, the window had been leaking long enough to cause interior damage, which understandably raised serious concerns for us. The repair process took nearly seven months and multiple appointments before the window was finally functioning properly. It was an exhausting and disappointing experience, especially given the premium cost and reputation of the company.However, after that review was posted, the General Manager personally reached out to my husband and I. He apologized, took full accountability for what happened, and made it clear that our experience did not reflect the company’s intended standards. From that point forward, the tone and level of responsiveness changed significantly. Leadership became directly involved, communication improved, and there was a clear effort to restore our trust.While the initial process should never have taken that long or required that much persistence on our part, we do believe the company ultimately stood behind their product and worked to make things right.For that reason, I felt it was fair to update my review to reflect both parts of the experience — the significant issues we encountered and the fact that, in the end, they took responsibility and addressed the situation appropriately.
The team from Renewal by Anderson was absolutely perfect. They showed up on time as well as explaining how they were going to install the windows. The job was completed in one fay. I will always recommend them highly! Plus 10 in my book!

I replaced my doors and two windows today. The crew that worked on the replacement were very professional. Love the new look. One window unfortunately has a small flaw they pointed out. I was reassured that the window would be replaced. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars.
Rob and Max were very professional. Unfortunately they had to do the install on the first super cold day of the season, and even stayed after it got dark to finish up.They did a great job installing our windows. They explaiened all the features and that there is a 20 year warranty.The house has so much more light now!Thanks guys (hope I got your name right, I've had issues with my hearing lately).First window is before, second is after. Third shows the two with new windows and the last with the old window.They cleanes up everything and left it "better than they found it"!
