Of all the companies I contacted, they were the ones who were the most up front with honest pricing and no hard sell. Andrew provided a comprehensive estimate and was extremely knowledgeable about houses in my area. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job with installation, showing up on time and finishing early. They cleaned up beautifully. Cila in the office was a pleasure and everyone offered excellent communication.One window arrived cracked but was quickly replaced, no hassle, no fuss. One of my neighbors watched the installation and now they've called to schedule. I can't say enough about how happy I am to have beautiful, functional windows to replace those old, wooden windows that didn't want to open. So glad I did it before this current cold snap!

He was very honest and upfront about scheduling, working requirements, pricing, and payments. He and his employees were very respectful to us and were able to work around our requirements and schedule whilst delivering exceptional work. Andrew was also always available to contact throughout the entirety of the job in case we had any questions.Royal Prime stayed true to their estimate and was able to work with us on any modifications we needed along the way. Andy and his team go above and beyond. He gave me a great price to replace my bay window and explained everything. His installers are personable and do great work. Highly recommend.
Cila was great at making the process smooth. Even with the scratch in the glass she had the piece replaced within a week. We would use them again for any future windows. Though there was a small dent on the edge, she told us not to be alarmed as it is hidden once installed. No refund on custom size windows.
