Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. Dmitry came to our home, looked at our old windows, provided us with options and then proceeded to show us a real window and how it would work once installed. We made a decision, paid our deposit and waited for our installation. On our installation date, the team arrived timely and were absolutely lovely to deal with. They respected our property and were very careful and deliberate in their work. The cohesiveness of the team really showed in that they got the job done with an ease and flow of a group that knows what to do and does it well. We adore our new windows. The company, I work needed new windows and found this company, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They responded quickly, were very knowledgeable, and handled the entire process smoothly. Our facility had the original windows, 28 in total. I know it was clearly not an easy job, especially during the winter. However, Dmitry and his crew did an outstanding job. My bosses were very happy and impressed with their dedication and professionalism. We can’t thank them enough for their generous cooperation and hard work.
We had an amazing experience with Deluxe Windows from start to finish. We decided to replace our patio door and our bathroom window (glass was cracked). They came and got accurate measurements. Once the window and door was ready we set a date for installation. The overall installation was done seamlessly and everything was sealed and cleaned prior to them leaving. The difference in noise reduction and appearance was noticeable. We absolutely love the finish product and will be getting future windows replaced by them as well! I would highly recommend them for any window or patio door replacement you may need.
