This company is a scam. Beware. They open under different names. Numerous stories on the BBB about taking money and not delivering. This company took my deposit and won’t return any emails or calls.
I called Window Repair and they responded quickly. I sent them photos with what’s wrong with the windows and they priced it by photos and kept true to their quoted price. They arrived in two days and quickly fixed 4 windows. Windows are back to new and tenant is happy and that makes me, the building manager happy! Thanks Window Repair! Work completed as specified. Associates were skilled, neat and extremely efficient. We had 20 windows in need of serious repair and maintenance, replacement of all spiral balances. All windows function flawlessly, all completed in one day. David was very accommodating, proposal to finish less than a week's time. I highly recommend Windows Repair US Inc.
I had a good service experience with Window Repair USA. One of my windows was like a guillotine, very difficult to open, wouldn't stay up and it was really unsafe.The other was stuck, difficult to open and unable to close shut. Scheduling was a breeze, they came out, gave an estimate scheduled the appointment and completed the two window repairs within a week. I appreciated the quick communication via text and the follow up emails. No games, no price changes just a very efficient, good solid service and business . Good service is hard to comeby these days, I was impressed and I highly recommend Window Repair USA!
