Window World is great and they definitely stand behind their policy to replace a window if something happens. One of our windows got a crack from the neighbors lawnmower kicking up an acorn. I called and provided the required information from the window.The installer that replaced my window was professional and polite. He got our window replaced quickly and efficiently. Beyond satisfied with the service and replacement.
