When my husband scheduled this, I was very skeptical. I thought just another sales person to waste my day trying to sell me some over priced junk. Michelle showed up and i was honest woth her, we got a quote from Anderson a few years ago and it was absolutely ridiculous so i wasnt interested in wasting my day if hers was going to be the same. She assured me it was not. She was very friendly. We actually laughed and joked while she showed us the products. It didn't take very long at all. She wasn't pushy trying to upset the most expensive product they had. She showed us the differences, took measurements gave us the quote and added some discounts to get us where we wanted to be. So far 5 stars. I was impressed with her and will recommend her to anyone needing window replacements. I will update my review after installation.
Had a guy come to my house and give me a three hour sales pitch about how window nation is so great and this and that and not like other window companies and blah blah blah. They’re just like any other window company if not worse. One of the points he made was that the gap tolerances were the smallest of any window company I have a gaps on one window almost an inch wide. How do I know? Well they never finished insatalling the casing around the window. It’s been two weeks since they’ve been out here and I haven’t heard a peep from them about when they’ll be coming back to finish the job. Don’t waste your time. Call a different company. I’ve used window world before and they were great
February 2026:Before installation we had a few Window Nation install techs come and accurately measure for the windows before they were to be built. Dan Wenger and another young man who is an Eagle Scout (sorry did not write down your name or get your card) were exceptionally personal and professional.Installation took 3 days for 17 windows. There was a crew of 5 individuals working together as a team one of those folks being the installation manager.Janiel Turino Naranjo led the team. Shout out to these five men who worked 3 long days to remove existing windows, cleanup and reinstall the new windows: Janiel of course, Yoelvys Oliva, Javier Sanchez, Alberto Aquirre, and Endy Camacho.They really did an excellent job installing the windows and cleaning up.Thank you Janiel, Alberto, Endy, Javier and Yoelvys!December 2025: We are doing some renovation of our bathrooms and originally were just looking for a quote for two windows but when we heard what Window Nation offered in comparison to Renewal by Anderson (a life time warranty on screens, glass and windows and a 15 year transferrable warranty to new owner) we chose Window Nation. Michelle Potts gave us a very informative presentation and explained the process. She was very personable and spent hours with us discussing the different window options available in the Imperial LS line. We ended up purchasing windows for the entire house because the window jams no longer hold up the top windows on our double hung windows which are presently only 18 years old.
Our experience with Window Nation was fantastic. Roy arrived on time and listened to all of our needs and concerns. Roy actually listened to everything we said and took the time to address all of our questions and worked with us to deliver the best possible solution and price! Roy and Window Nation are great and we highly recommend them!
Please read reviews on BBB also none of these reviews let you upload video. I have water behind my wall where they had to pour concrete due to them mismeasuring and I have damage to my house and they demanded all the money minus $5000 after they considered an incomplete install done before they would complete the install or fix further damage then when I called them out on it and demanded their license number which they didn’t want to tell me I had to look it up on the TN Commerce but that’s when they start saying they will fix stuff by then it was even worse. I couldn’t close one door at all when I finally tried opening it, it remained open until two people could close it one lift the other push, and another I had to use pliers to get out. Oh my install was less than 6 months ago. I had a home inspection done just to get an unbiased view from a state perspective and that’s how I found out that the doors are not up to state install and how I had water in my wall.
