Replacing doors and windows in your house is an investment in the future integrity of your home. Identifying and selecting a company that operates with high integrity, ethics, and quality is critical. I found that company and partnership with Wallaby Windows of Nashville.I had 26 windows replaced along with a back door and storm door in my home built in 1994. I considered three companies before selecting Wallaby. Not only did they meant the critical requirements noted above, they were great in collaborating with me on different ideas to change the design features in this replacement project.The living room had six individual windows within three large opening along the back wall. I replaced those with picture windows keeping the colonial look as shown in the pictures attached. I loved the clean look and natural light inside of the home and view from the deck.The kitchen had a crank style window which I replaced with a beautiful garden window. And, the laundry room had a standard window with the typical blinds and curtain which I replaced with a picture window with privacy glass. Both of these choices enhanced the look and the natural light that I value. You can see the garden window and the laundry privacy window in the attached pictures.The kitchen dining nook has two windows positioned by the back door. The original windows and doors required the typical window blinds and treatment for privacy. I replaced the back door to include privacy glass, but I did leave the companion windows with clear glass for creative treatment options that I can change in the future. For me, the blinds and curtains in the kitchen and the laundry room were just dust and grease collectors.In the kitchen dining nook picture, you can see the privacy glass backdoor which has a swirl pattern, and the two clear glass windows. One of the clear windows has a temporary static cling treatment which I applied for privacy, design and something that's easy to change out when I want a different look. I could have chosen to have permanent privacy glass installed, but I wanted the option to be flexible in the future. The storm door on the back was also replaced with a built in screen feature so that I can enjoy the spring and fall air when we have it.Based on these changes, communication and collaboration was very important. Andrew and Nolan Wallaby, the owners and operators of this company, are the best vendor partners that I've ever had on any home improvement project. They were both outstanding in their roles on the project. But, more importantly, they both had great personalities, were respectful and kind, and honestly - it felt like they were an extension of my family when this project was done. That's the kind of quality of person that is so rare to find.I rarely write reviews, but these gentleman earned and deserve it.
