So far the experience has been great. The salesman was punctual, very nice, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about his company and their products. The person who show to take measurements was punctual and knowledgeable. The office lady who set up our appointment and instal date is very nice to work with. Very pleased so far

Renewal does wonderful work and stands by their work. Tim and his crew provided great service well after the installations of our new windows when we discovered concerns about a window. The care and quality of the workmanship in replacing much of the trim area surrounding the window was top notch. They thoroughly cleaned up after sanding, attaching trim and painting. We enjoyed each interaction with Tim and the Renewal team.
We love the quality of our windows and new French door. The entire process from purchase to installation was seamless. We were kept in the loop and knew exactly what was happening when. The best part was the customer service. Everyone did what they said they would do and that is not true with companies today. The installation crew was great. They were professional and made sure they respected our home. I feel like we have a great product that will last and if we have any problems the company will stand behind it.
