The whole process from 1st visit to our home, our visit to their showroom, quote, installation, final product. All went super smoothly. Honest, professional, reliable operation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled to do so by giving Timberline a review. I stumbled upon them while searching online for door replacement companies in Montreal. I met with 3 other companies, and Timberline was by far the stand-out - they were highly responsive, offered competitive pricing, and was more flexible than other companies (could provide my own hardware, can install a smart doorbell, can customize door trim colour). Another company was slightly lower price but I went with Timberline because of the level of service.Kevin was great - provided me with a very fast quote, answered all my follow-up questions promptly, and was very professional. The team who came to install the door was also great - courteous and respectful of our space, tidied up after the job was done.It's been 4 months since the install and I love my new door. We get compliments on it from neighbours and friends all the time! Highly recommend and would 100% use them again!

Superb service, communication, product and installation. I highly recommend this family-run company for your window and door needs. The fact that salesman Kevin called me back within an hour of requesting an evaluation online was a great start. My experience up until then with other companies was no call-back.
