Jacob and his team did a fantastic job replacing my door with a custom piece and sidelights. Everything was smooth sailing and their attention to detail inside and out were excellent. This is my second purchase with them as I had a great experience with replacing some windows. You get what you pay for. The guys were super professional and picky! Not cutting corners, just great work you can trust. Loved the experience!!! It was also easy and great communication from Lee!!
Everything from when we first walked into Window World in Moncton until completionof installation was a very positive experience.Lee was very helpful in assisting us with selection and colour conducting herself in a very professional and courteous manner.Time frame from selection and purchase to installation was explained to us and was completed within said time. Overall, a very positive experience and would highly recommend this company.One note, upon completion of installation, a noticeable scratch was noted on the inside of the door. This was reported to the company at which time I was advised by Lee that a claimwould be started immediately.

My first time buying new windows and from start to finish working with Window World has been an absolute pleasure. These guys and gals are truly nice people who care about what they do every day at the office. Very quick to reply to my questions and any concerns. The crew who installed my windows were super nice and very respectful to my worries about my 2 cats maybe trying to sneak out and the guys were quick to close the doors when entering or leaving the house. I’m thrilled with the windows and patio door they installed and when I’m ready to replace the main floor windows I will choose Window World in a heartbeat. Cheers.
