I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Eco Choice. The sales person was very informative with no pressure sales. He offered suggestions on my choice of window style and he was absolutely right. The install was within the timeline that they told me it would be. On the day of install, the two men took great care to ensure they left no mess. I was expecting damage to surrounding walls but you would not be able to tell a window was removed and new one installed. Even the trim appeared untouched. The window itself is exactly what I wanted and I no longer have a draft. I will definitely be using Eco Choice again.
We had a great experience choosing Eco Choice as our window people. From the consultation with Joe who was incredibly warm and direct who pushed for a great deal and didn’t try to oversell us. From Slava who was efficient and accurate at measuring our windows and then later coming to install with his group of guys. They were in and out in a single, snowy day. The windows were perfect and their finishing trim was immaculate. They were friendly, tidy, and professional.We would love to recommend EcoChoice for prospective customers!

If I could give Eco Windows 100 stars, I would!I had contacted 2 different window companies, and both have amazing pluses for my husband and me. We decided on Eco Windows, extremely happy we did. I met with Ashley (Sales) at my house, and she showed me quite a few different sets and types of windows. We chose the ones I liked. My husband wanted to talk to Ashley, but he was working, so Ashley returned at a later date. Once everything was in order, we all agreed, we'd chosen well. We waited for a call back, letting us know when the windows were in. We received a call telling us that a date for the window was set. Once the day of the installation came, Vadim(Installer)and Alex(Installer) arrived to remove the old window, but happened to unveil more rot than expected. but luckily the rot wasn't found on the joist!The rot had to be removed, and a few studs replaced. Once that was completed, another day was scheduled to complete the installation.Vadim and Alex arrived early and got started on the window. During that time, we met Andrian, the Inspector. He was kind, polite, courteous and asked us how we are liking the new window? I told him, we am ecstatic with them! I felt like a child in a candy store! haha.We have 4 other windows we want to get change. We are definitely going to come back to Eco Windows for their business!Thank you again Ashley, Vadim, Alex, Adrian and staff. We are so grateful for everything you did for us! You all went above and beyond to make us very happy, and we are definitely calling when we are ready for the other 4 windows to go in.If you need new windows, don't look any further than here!
