This is the second time we’ve used this company - this time for our new home, and once again the experience was exceptional. The quality of both the products and the service is exactly why we chose to work with them again.

A huge thank you to Pasha and the installation team. They were absolutely fantastic—professional, incredibly thorough, and so kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer every question we had and made sure everything was done perfectly. You can really tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result.

I also want to recognize Alex, who helped guide us through choosing the best windows and doors for our new home. His knowledge, patience, and honest advice made the decision process so much easier, and we’re so happy with the choices we made.

I recently had the pleasure of doing businss with Tony Dicesare, who was referred to me through a friend of mine and was so glad that I trusted my business with this company. Tony was prompt, courteous, professional and is honest and true to his word. He educated me on Durolock's Contour Slim windows, the right style suitable for my home, and the advantage of having an energy audit done for additional savings. Tony provided me with a no-nonsense quote, payment options and also a winter special that helped me save a lot more than if I had waited until the warmer weather. The windows are Energystar rated and what a difference they have made in keeping out the drafts, keeping in the warmth and providing superior soundproofing quality. The mesh window screens are easy to remove, have a 25-year transferable warranty, are Canadian made, secure locking mechansims and excellent construction quality were selling features for me. If you are planning on which window company to employ, I strongly recommend t hat you support Canada and contact Tony for a quote.

Also, I want to personally thank Mykola, Ivan, and Vlad who were the expert installers that started and completed the project. Never met a trio of hardworking, diligent, focussed workers who handled the entire project with precision, accuracy and excellence in workmanship. They worked non-stop, and it was hard to get them to pause for refreshments. I did notice one of the window ledges slightly damaged from the project, but it is minor and can be fixed with wood filler and paint. Also, noticed a small piece of concrete was chipped off either through the removal or install, but again, minor and can be fixed with quick setting cement. Overall, I really appreciated their work ethic, professionalism, excellent training and that they kept the dust/dirt to a minimum. You can't avoid dust/dirt anytime with any home project, but these guys were pros; they were also polite, respectful, friendly, and focussed on their work. Very impressed with these guys! Thank you!

I love my new windows. I had 34 windows done over 4 days and the crew was so tidy and careful. They left no mess anywhere and I was impressed how they took apart the old windows so that the metal could be recycled. My sales rep Adam was great he was very responsive with his communication and the team delivered on everything that they said they would do. The windows have been a joy to use and the house is much cozier and less drafty.
I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience from planning to installation. Company was very good at communicating (questions, billing, follow-up) which is much appreciated. Blair (sales), Anatoliy (remeasure), and Mykola (installer) were all knowledgeable, helpful, and approachable.

I did need to ask the installer to reconnect the window’s opening mechanism before leaving as it disconnected when I tried it and to remove some glue from the door. He did both happily and quickly.

Overall this was an easy and excellent experience. We are super happy with our window and patio doors.

We are extremely pleased with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Our representative, Anatoliy was fabulous, attentive and knowledgeable. The installation crews were professional, experienced and took great care on ensuring the jobs were done well. Our windows, siding and a door were retrofitted on a custom built home and the installations were not without their challenges but they persevered and delivered quality work. We understand the siding is a new product and it looks fabulous. I would highly recommend this company
