Window Concepts was so great to work with and their windows are amazing! We had two large windows replaced in our sunroom and our patio door in our dining room.

The sunroom had always been cold, even after we added a mini-split furnace. My husband decided we needed to replace the two windows in that room that span almost the entirety of two walls. They had always frozen over in the winter, and you could always feel cold drafts coming from them all winter long. The patio door we could also feel a cold draft coming off of when we were eating dinner in the winter.

They replaced the windows & patio door in the spring of 2025. They looked beautiful, but I was skeptical if they would actually be better insulated than what we had. (Which is why this review is coming much later.) You can see in the pictures our original windows (which were almost 30 years old) with frost covering the entire window and the lock… well, you can’t even see the lock under the frost. When the frost would melt it would pool on the window sills and sometimes run down the walls. You can also see our new windows with a little condensation (we have a humidifier on our furnace), but no frost. Even on a -5 degree day, we only had a teeny tiny amount of ice in one corner.

Now we are looking at the rest of the windows in our house wishing we would have replaced them as well. That may happen this spring or next, when the budget allows, but we will definitely be using Window Concepts again!

Team from quote to installation was friendly, helpful, yprofessional and quote was highly competitive. The project manager went above and beyond to work with my HOA Management and I was kept informed every step of the way. All timelines were met and the day of installation I was surprised at how quickly, the old windows were removed and new installed. The windows had to meet rigorous standards and I was able to customize the color. The outside had to be brown /bronze to meet the HOA standards, but I wanted white. They are beautiful and I am very appreciative.
