They have done 27 windows at my home and executed it perfectly, very clean great crew. Everyone from Beth in the office to Allen, the owner were great. Communication was good throughout the process.!
I had "A Pane in the Glass" replace 4 windows, 2 were quite large. Considering the cost of replacing windows is high with everyone, you want to work with a responsible and trustworthy company. I have no complaints about the installation, work quality, or customer service. There was a snag with the trim plan in relation to the existing frame design which necessitated ordering more supplies and waiting for them - so there was a 3 week gap between start and finish of the project. All work appears to be done properly. The windows look good. The installers were pleasant, polite, worked hard without any excessive break times. They cleaned up, leaving no mess and removed all old debris. All interactions were friendly and respectful. Even my 2 little dogs seemed to like them - and the extra attention they were given. The City inspection just happened today - he commented that "looks like they did a good job, they look great".
My experience with A Pane in the Glass has been excellent both times I've worked with them. From the sales team, to the office team to the installation team everyone was very friendly and provided excellent communication. They showed up when they said they would and installed my three excellent windows very quickly. I used them once and had a good experience but thought maybe I should shop around for a second job I needed done just to be responsible. I received a quote from a another company that was double what A Pane in the Glass quoted me. I of course went with them instead and had another great experience. When I need windows done in the future I won't waste my time with other companies and will definitely come back to them again.
