We had a fantastic experience with Window Nation from start to finish. Tyler, our sales rep, was wonderful to work with — always quick to respond to questions, flexible with changes, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even after installation, he stayed responsive and made sure a few minor issues were handled promptly.The installation itself was impressive — they completed a large number of windows and doors in just one day by bringing a bigger crew, and everything went smoothly. Overall, a truly great experience. We couldn’t be happier!
If I could leave a zero I would. Where to start. First off they never cleaned up and left glass and debris everywhere. The front door looks terribly placed and the casing they never fixed. There was glass in the carpet. They left scratches on vinyl of the windows. They threw out the keypad from prior door. Took storm door off and left it in the back yard. I probably have more to say. It’s been a month and I contacted them to fix the issues or give me a timeline to fix it and no one contacted me…terrible
I recently bought 14 windows and an exterior door from Windows Nation. The windows and door are top notch. I already was able to decrease my thermostat 5 degrees. The crew was awesome! They completed this work in 8 hours. They were meticulous in clean up of both the inside and outside. In the future I need more windows and would hope I could get the same crew.
Extremely frustrated with this company. I left a bad review early in the year after all the frustration with my new windows and received a call from the branch manager. I’m not one to leave reviews but my experience with window nation was horrible. He was apologetic and offered to pay $500 towards our window payment. After the talk I took down the review. Here we are almost 5 months later and that payment was never made. Called for an update and that manager is no longer with the company, go figure. Spoke to the new branch manager Matt, explained the story and he did find the $500 note in my file. Matt said I needed to sign some waiver to receive that 500, major red flag to me. Well here we are 2 weeks later, no waiver, no call. I’m being blown off again. Sounds like window nation buys their way out of bad reviews so I’m reposting my review from earlier and will not take it down. Winter #2 and these windows absolutely suck. My poor son’s room is freezing cause you feel cold air coming from the windows. I WISH I NEVER WENT WITH THIS COMPANY. Save yourselves. Protect your money/investment. My previous review is below with pictures of the install quality. FYI I spent my time and money fixing their mistakes. Window Nation - how about you reimburse me for doing your job?Very surprised to see this company having high reviews. Maybe they're all fake or offered a discount for leaving a review? Had windows installed in fall 2024. Windows were 2" smaller and you can see paint and hammer marks from old trim. Winter 2024-2025 was freezing in the house. All windows had drafts. Window Nation came back out and installed tiny foam pads in the corner of each window. House was still cold.Summer 2025 one window was spotty inside the glass. Company came back out and said seal broke and needs new sash. That repair was to be done today 8/21 between 8am-10am plus I requested each window be inspected. It's now 1:30pm and no one showed. My time keeps getting pushed off hours. On top of the already horrible experience with Window Nation I pulled the trim off to see there's little to no insulation around my windows. Explains why the winters were so cold. Terrible windows. Terrible install quality. Terrible customer service. Stay far, far away. Lawsuit? Maybe, not sure yet. Glad I chose to finance cause l'm not paying a dime until these windows are done right. Otherwise, rip them out and I'll go elsewhere. Even their finance company is a joke. Do yourself a favor and do not go through Window Nation.
Received my new windows for the whole house and I’m very pleased. The worker arrived on time and went straight to work, explained very question and concerns I had about the installation. They were very thorough and professional. I would recommend window nation to any friends or family that may be looking for window replacement. Great job and the windows look great. By the way my salesman James was great too. Thanks Window Nation for a job well done.
