Do not stand behind their own product and will charge you 129.00 for someone to come out and look at their work and not do anything about it !!! Go with Window world or someone else all their FINE print in their contract only benefits them $10,000 for windows they won’t stand behind one of the Windows needs placed because there is a massive amount of air coming in around it and they wouldn’t even take the casing off to see if there was an issue with the window itself because that they would have to fix so if it’s just a caulking issue, they don’t have to do anything they do not stand behind their product. I would not recommend them to anyone and if I could get my $10,000 back and have them take their windows window world will be coming and replacing them. This is the worst company I have ever worked with as a homeowner.
We have used Feldco for windows and a door for the garage at one house, and it went really well; so naturally, we called them when we had another door issue at our new place. The sales person, Kevin K, did a great job explaining the options and quoting the job. He really knows the product well, and he was able to get through the quote quickly.

We had a great experience with Feldco especially Ken! Not only did he take the time to explain everything and make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. He told us if we needed any thing to call and when we had a question he came to the house to show us what we needed. He is an absolute pleasure and delight! Very personable!
