Argo was very quick and efficient from the initial assessment to the installation of replacement glass. The price was reasonable and I am happy with the service.
The customer service/front office management is spotty. A lot of back and forth for no reason about scheduling, etc. Needs serious operational assistance and attitude adjustment. Unfortunately the hardware work was not completed in a satisfactory matter by the first technician. We paid for a window crank replacement and the first technician didn’t check to make sure that it wasn’t slipping out of the window. They also left a window crank with no casement. I reported the issues and the technician manager came out, agreed there were issues, and fixed both of the issues. He is the only person at this company that deserves a major promotion. Quick, efficient, polite, and skilled. The work, when completed correctly, is good, but I wish it hadn’t been as scattered and frustrating from the front office perspective. I don’t leave reviews typically but this was annoying enough to memorialize.
I had to have a broken window replaced in my out building. From my initial call to the Service Techs. that installed the new glass the service was outstanding. So happy I found Argo Glass. Will definitely use for future window repairs and will recommend to friends.
Had a great experience with this company.They came to the house and gave me a very reasonable quote for the window replacement I needed. No pushy salesman wanting to sell me something I didn’t need.They were very prompt on installation day. They were very efficient and professional. They completed the work in about an hour and a half.My windows look great. I would definitely use Argo again!
