To all the reviewers and readers, this is a family owned establishment who does their job good! They are always full so my only recommendation is to go in person! Do not call and wait, if you need the products, go in person get pricing, pay and wait for quality good priced material.I’ve been buying here for a few years now and have never had a problem. It sucks to read the bad reviews, people waiting for quotes via telephone, if you go in person, you will not regret the high quality customer service and their desire to avoid you having code compliance problems, they recommend the right choice and always execute. Just go in person and stop reading the bad reviews. You won’t regret it, their windows typically have a higher wind rating than the prestige brands, and even better, they have THE BEST PRICES.
Customer service was great. Heard someone on the phone complaining that the windows were broken. I’m sure they broke after picked up because my windows were inspected prior to me taking them. If customer hits a pot hole, vendor is not at fault. Customer was rude to sales person. Cursing was heard from the ear piece of the phone. So sad. Still the sales guy was able to help them. I would have sent them to hell. My windows are beautiful and prices just right.
This is a true family owned business. Husband wife & son all work here. Recommended by my brother that Garcia's has every possible window size and prices are reasonable. All true...and can order unusual sizes. They also work with many installers and can recommend one to you. For me they called the installer and scheduled my initial visit. Best customer I have had in a long time. The installer's personality was just as good as Garcia's and I am finally on my way to replacing all my windows.
