I LOVE my new windows! Our house is about 30 years old so upgrading windows has been on my mind since we moved in 4 years ago. The end-to-end process of purchasing new windows for our home was excellent. After the initial sale, a representative came out to officially measure the windows to be sure everything was correct prior to the manufacturing. The individual also informed me that there was sufficient clearance with our plantation shutters, so I did not have to remove them for the installation. The scheduling of the delivery and installation was efficient and timely. We had 11 of our 20+ year old windows replaced and the installation crew was great; they went through and measured each window to confirm the order was complete and correct and then proceeded to replace the old windows. The team finished in a single day, working into the evening, and they were very professional and tidy. The new windows look great; we could not be more pleased. I am looking forward to replacing the rest of the windows later this year. I would definitely recommend Valley Windows & Doors.
If I could give these guys another 5 stars I would. Everything about the process of getting new windows was seamless from the in-home estimate and scheduling to the installation and follow through. The crew was extremely fast in the deinstallation and replacement of our windows. It took them a little over a day and a half, and the workmanship was as flawless as the product.I had 10 windows and a sliding door replaced. We can definitely feel the difference in the comfort level in room temperature as well as the acoustic quality of these windows. This was a great investment in home improvement and making our house more energy efficient. I highly recommend Valley Windows and Doors if you're thinking about replacing your home's windows.
