We were pleasantly surprised at how little disruption there was in our home during the full house window replacement! Nick and Shane focused on the work and were very efficient, leaving each room with hardly a sign that they had been in there. I am extremely pleased with the work Buck and his team, Nick and Shane provided. I met Nick and Shane when they were installing my neighbor's windows and asked for their business card. There will never be enough words to explain how grateful we are for Buck and his team. The 22 windows and sliding glass door were the originals that were built with the house in 1999 and they needed to go! We interviewed with four other companies before we made a decision but the second we met Buck we knew our mind was made. Literally we had one more interview after meeting him scheduled and ended up cancelling it. He was the only one who educated us about this big purchase, answered every single question we had and it truly felt like he cared about this work and his customers. During installation week, him and his team were funny, tidy and respectful. It’s been almost two weeks with our new windows and door and our lives are forever changed. We even switched a couple windows to picture windows and we just trusted Buck with that recommendation and we’re SO happy we did. One of the bug screens was also bent when they were installing- he told us about it, ordered a new one and will be back out install that when it comes in. When we met with the owner Buck, we felt as if we were speaking to someone we had known for years! He was honest, transparent, and made us feel comfortable about getting our windows from his company. He was NOT selling, he was HELPING us buy, so we did, and it has been a total pleasure not only do we love the quality of the product and the way it looks now that it is in, but this company is there for you after the sale. Another contractor I had in after my windows were installed broke a window lock and Buck said, “No problem, I will get the part ordered and make an appt to get it installed.”We could not do this review without the mention of his professional installers Nick and Shane who showed up on time each day. They were professional, polite, confident, and respectful of my home and were careful not to cause any damage to the surrounding area both inside and out and left the job site clean each day. Their eye for detail and quality was outstanding and did an excellent job on the stucco work, it exactly matches the stucco design on the rest of the wall.The integrity & ethics of this owner and his staff exceeded my expectations in every way.
