Superior service. So easy to work with! It’s only been 24hrs and these windows were well worth the wait! Can’t wait to get another 20+ years out of them. They got my 12 windows installed in 8 hours! Thank you so much I appreciate every step in this smooth process!
From start to finish. Kris and the whole team at Performance Windows were amazing. The windows turned out great. The install team, was extremely courteous and respectful of our home. Performance windows couldn’t have done anything better. The whole experience was top notch. We are looking forward to see how much our new windows improve the energy bill.
We just had all of our windows and two sliding glass doors replaced by performance windows and we’re very happy with the result! The windows and doors feel sturdy and have solid locking mechanisms, and we’ve already noticed they do a much better job of keeping heat from sun coming through the windows out. The measurement, prep, and install process was very smooth and uncomplicated and everyone we worked with was helpful and professional. Would recommend!
Bought a 30 year old house back in February. It still had the original contractor-grade windows, but I didn't realize just how bad they were (seals failing, screens worn, difficult to open/close, etc). The primary bedroom, with a south-facing large window, made the room like a hothouse in the afternoon, causing my HVAC to run for hours.Met with Mark from Performance Windows. He did an excellent job explaining how the windows they use are constructed, to handle the Arizona climate/dust (low-E film, dual-pane, gas-filled, etc.). I'd initially asked for a price just to replace the one large window, but they gave us a good deal to replace all 21 windows and the sliding glass door to my backyard. The usual half-down, remaining half after installation. Fast forward a couple of months, after the windows had been ordered and built, and they reached out to schedule installation.A crew of 4 people arrived on a Monday and began removing the old windows from our house. After a window was removed, they would spray foam insulation in, then applied tape to flash the window opening. Then the installation of the windows, and caulking and trim application. The crew was very careful, diligent, and extremely professional in their work, which took two days for all 22. They had even removed our old blinds before the install, and reinstalled them afterwards. They cleaned up well after themselves, too, both inside and outside. The first thing I noticed is just how much quieter the house is - cannot hear cars going by, lawnmowers, leaf blowers, dogs barking, rain falling, etc. Secondly, it's already had a notable impact on energy usage. The primary bedroom no longer becomes a hothouse in the afternoons. Thirdly, I personally think the new windows look terrific (and I had a couple of neighbors stop by and agree), and will look even better once the house gets repainted (same color) in a few months.Windows aren't cheap, but PW's pricing was far under what you'd expect from Andersen or Pella, and the quality of the windows seems far superior to what you'd get from a big-box home improvement store.I have zero regrets with my purchase, and believe this was the best choice for the house. 10/10, would do business with them again, although hopefully I'm set for another 25-30 years and replacing them again will be someone else's problem.
Performance windows did a fantastic job! The quality of our new windows is beautiful and they got them in and installed ahead of schedule! They were very polite, communicative, and easy to work with. They were also flexible, allowing us to do half now and half later. I look forward to working with them again and would DEFINITELY recommend them!
