I was pleased with Cougar Windows. COSTCO required a minimum number of windows. My project did not meet their requirements. Edger Responded quickly during the recent holiday season with a site inspection visit and proposal which met my requirements. Tentative installation window and final installation date confirmation was easy by phone and e-mail. Project was an 1,800-sf home in Mesa, AZ. My residence is in SO, California. Contracts were easy via the internet.The installation crew showed up promptly as scheduled. Work area was set up, organized and kept clean. Final disassembly of the work area was performed without my having to point out debris missed. However, I couldn't get the crew to remove the excess tree branches in the yard from my poor landscaping abilities. :) Commutation with the work was excellent.
The entire experience was very pleasant. No high pressure sales tactics, great communication, job started on schedule and finished ahead of schedule. Everyone involved was very friendly and professional. Window installers and stucco repair workers all did an outstanding job and were very detail oriented. There seems to be less cold air infiltration on the recent cool mornings, but the real test will be once the summer heat comes. Beautiful new windows that have the same lifetime guarantee as the ludicrously overpriced "renewal" windows, and I love the appearance of my home without having to use sunscreens!
