Window world was great to work with from start to finish.On contacting them for an estimate, the salesperson who arrived talked complete sense without being pushy or aggressive whatsoever. He had great practical ideas, and lots of options based on the information booklet to replace and remove our age old windows. The quoted price seemed reasonable as well. The ordering process wasn't complicated and Lauren at their front desk was always ready to answer questions with completeness.The installers Eddie and Wes were punctual, clean and respectful of our household. They did a highly professional job throughout the install and it was obvious they take pride in their work!The windows themselves are a huge step up on our previous windows in terms of looks as well as energy efficiency.

This was not a easy or quick install. Replaced 2 windows on the 3rd floor. Original windows were new install so alot of work needed to be done from outside. Perfect install, with all trim in and out. I had Window World replace over 30 windows several years ago, and that went perfect also. Highly recommend. Thanks Eddie, your the best.
