The installer for Windows Direct USA , Tracy, did a great job installing my four windows on Tuesday, Sept.23rd, 2025. He arrived during the time frame given. He was very personable and very knowledgeable about the window industry. He also did a great job with the post-job clean up as lots of debris was outdoors on the ground. Before he left, he gave me a quick tutorial about how to open and clean my new windows. The windows also have inner screens at the bottom where I can let in some fresh air on occasion. Thank you Windows Direct USA for working within my budget and for installing my new windows!!! #MadeInTheUSA!!!
Windows Direct USA did an awesome job with my replacement windows. Their salesman, Zach, came out and did a thorough job of explaining everything about the construction, special features and insulation, and industry leading lifetime warranty of their windows. He helped us pick out the correct window for our geographic location, and never tried to up-sale us on something we didn’t need. Also, he told me about their partner, interest free financing for a year which will save us additional $’s.Tracy did an excellent installing the windows, cleaned up everything inside and outside.The aluminum work around the windows was perfect.I would highly recommend this company.
Our walkin shower is beautiful. Matt our installer did a wonderful job. He worked hard continuously for two days and we love the outcome. Everything is sealed and trimmed perfect. We would recommend Matt as well as Windows Direct anytime. Thank you for a job well done ????
