They installed an awning window in our kitchen and a sliding glass door in our sunroom, and the results are perfect.From the start, Matt was knowledgeable and friendly, helping us navigate our options without any pressure. Lisa in the office was always a pleasure to speak with and kept us updated throughout the process. The products even arrived within the estimated timeframe!The installation team, led by Jared, was friendly, clean, and professional. Jared went out of his way to find matching quarter round trim for the door to ensure a seamless look. And Micah truly blew us away—he even helped trim out our fireplace mantel as a courtesy, and added extra trim to our sliding door because our existing walls were out of plumb. That wasn't their fault, but they cared enough to make sure it looked polished.To top it all off, they were thousands of dollars cheaper than a local competitor. I’d recommend them to anyone and will definitely be a repeat customer. Truly a local gem!
I highly recommed Louisville Window Company. My spouse and I have been budgeting for new windows and doors for some time now as this was a major upgrade on our now 100 year old home. We had home consultations from Pella, Renewal by Anderson and Louisville Window and I can tell you that you don't even need to waste your time with the other two. The sales rep Matthew is honest, friendly, not pushy or sleazy and knows his stuff. He listens and takes his time to understand what you want. He worked with us through many different iterations on what we wanted especially for our front door because it was the most expensive piece and we really wanted to get it right.The crew that installed everything was also amazing. Damon, Micah, and others we all incredibly friendly. Very courteous, and treated our home and our dogs like their own. One thing I think worth noting is in the basement casement window with the black stained wood trim around it - all of that trim had to be removed to replace that window. The crew did not complain. They did not charge extra money. They delicately removed it, set the pieces aside, and reinstalled the trim after the new window was installed and it looks beautiful.The front door was not an easy install. It is a perfect door, built in a factory - perfectly plum and square. But it was going into an opening in a home that was not perfectly plum and square. They worked tirelessless to make custom trim pieces to fit into the gaps to make the "mistakes dissappear" so that you couldn't even tell.I know windows and doors are expensive. I can tell you that I am already glad we spent this money. It's been really cold the past couple weeks and I already notice a huge difference in our house where our living room/dining room area used to be absolutely freezing even with our heat on because there would literally be wind that blew through the gaps in our old windows. It was worth the money for the upgrade.All in all I would give 6 stars if I could. This local business is where you want to spend your money if you're looking to invest in your home. I highly recommend them!

The staff at Louisville Window Company was absolutely amazing!. We are first-time home owners and have had A LOT of unexpected issues with our new home. A leaky window was the first thing we had to address. Colin came out to the house and walked me through all my options. We wanted to do our windows in three phases. He explained which windows to do first and why. When Micah came by to measure, he was very kind when explaining the installation process and time frame and was patient with all of my questions. Matt went above and beyond when he stopped by my house to check another window I was concerned about. The team did a great job during installation. They were courteous and clean. Jared walked me through everything before they started and then did a great job showing me how to operate and clean my new windows. Louisville Window Company was not the least or most expensive. But they are by far the best value. You really feel that they are a local family owned company. I have no doubt our experience will be just as amazing when they complete the other two phases!
TL;DR - Louisville Window Company is locally owned and does the job right the first time. They do not subcontract the work and own it start to finish.I have worked with 3 different window companies since 2022. The first company I worked with took over six months to start the installation, had to come back numerous times, and never got things to a reasonable level of satisfaction, even damaging a new storm door they installed.The second company took 3 months to start the installation and had to return 5 times to get everything completed properly. This includes ordering two windows incorrectly, twice.Louisville Window Company did the installation from start to finish in less than two months. They replaced rotted trim with perfection, replaced a piece of trim on another window that was broken when removed. The entire team was very friendly and Jared did not seem to mind my many questions. The team made sure I knew how to operate the new basement windows, and ensured they looked great inside and out.It has been a few weeks now and I cannot find a single thing wrong. They even move things out of the way (they stopped me from moving things and told me so) and put them back in place, including the curtains I had just hung in the bathroom because I expected it to be months before they arrived.On top of that, I was replacing a few bad deck boards and they saw me struggling with a stripped screw and jumped into action to remove it for me (talk about above and beyond!)I will use Louisville Window Company when I am ready to replace the rest of the windows for sure.I believe their prices may be just a bit higher than the other companies, but overall it isn’t because you don’t have to set numerous days aside to get problems corrected, because there were no problems.If you want a friendly team and a job done right the first time, look no further!Special shoutout to the installation team members, Micah, Jared, Jersson, and Damon! Every one of them was personable, and continued to work even while answering my inquiries.
