I had an excellent experience with AVW from start to finish. Tim Hess was my point person throughout the entire process, and his communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail made everything seamless. He not only guided me through the custom sliding door order with clarity and professionalism, but also coordinated directly with the separate vendor working on my balcony so both projects stayed aligned. That level of proactive communication really stood out.

The installation team — Jose V., Philipe, and Javier — did a fantastic job. The custom sliding doors are beautifully crafted, fit perfectly, and were installed with precision and care. The crew was punctual, respectful, and left everything clean.

I’m truly grateful for the craftsmanship and professionalism from everyone involved. I highly recommend AVW if you’re looking for high-quality sliding doors and a team that delivers on their promises.

Back in August 2025, Don came to give me a quote to replace all my windows and master bedroom sliding door. When speaking to Don through out the process, he made me feel comfortable; gave me that father type of guidance, as I was having other work done to the house as well.

This past week, the windows and sliding door were finally installed. Not a delay by the company, but delay due to weather delaying house restucco.

When the work crew showed up, Martin, who was the crew lead, introduced himself and the crew (Mauricio, Carlos, Willy, Luis, Alex, Alfonso and Abel). He explained what they would be doing. They covered furniture and wooden floor and began to work. They installed 15 windows and one sliding door. When they were done, Martin walked with me and explained the mechanics of operating the windows.

The whole crew was very respectful and professional. They cleaned up everything and gave me time to check around and ensure I was happy with the work. Don also showed up to walk the job and ensure everything was being done as he promised.

I am pending my front door to be installed by American Vision Windows and I am sure Don will see that I get the same delivery of service as the windows. For now, my windows abd sliding door look beautiful and I am very happy them.

So far, so good. Our neighbors had a great experience, now we are starting our project. Michael has helped a lot with the pricing and finance options, and Christian came out today and did a fantastic job explaining the product and measuring all of the windows and doors. We are looking forward to seeing the windows installed

OK, So now the job is done in 1 day! We were told 6-12 weeks. Less than 6 weeks with custom windows and sliding doors. Crew was professional and nice. They covered everything in the house, vacuumed, etc. What a difference with these new windows from our 1979 originals. We have to give credit to "Nachos" team (Ignasio). I asked for their names for the review because they all deserve accolades: Willie, Jayson, J.Serrano, Emmanuel, Benito, Makensy and Gorilio. Great team!

Yes. Windows are expensive, but the cost of windows is nothing without a great installation team. That is American Vision Windows.

Alan from Windows came out and just measured for my new windows that will be coming in November. Every person I’ve worked with at this company has been more than delightful. He has excellent customer service he made sure I understood everything he was doing gave me good tips and tricks for when they have the install And I will continue to refer this company with a very strong thumbs up :-)

Update they just installed my windows and I could not be happier! It was a huge team of six people, Eddie, Luis, Jose, Felipe, Ian, and Eric, and each one of these gentlemen displayed the same competencies and excellent customer service that Armen did and Alan. I’ve worked with a lot of people so I hope I’m not messing the names up, but I will tell you their work is Superb. They arrived promptly Very courteous, they explained to me what they were doing each step of the way so I knew what was going on and kept me update… If there had been any problems Me know, but there wasn’t a single problem and I didn’t have any concerns. I think Amount that I paid was accurate and fair when I look at the product. Windows are gonna be expensive, but I feel like that Spent. They cleaned up after themselves really nicely and I just have to make sure that some of the caulking dries. But that gives me an excuse, not to put some things back until tomorrow. This has made me very happy and feeling very thankful this Thanksgiving week. I would recommend American visions to anybody..

We had 3 crews show up to install 20 windows and 1 sliding door. The installers Javier, Mauricio, Jose V., Humberto, Giovany, Ricardo and Felipe were professional, extremely knowledgeable and very polite. They completed the job in one day! We were impressed with the quality of the work and are very pleased with the Anlin windows. They exceeded my expectations in both functionality and quality. We are happy we choose American Vision Windows.
